That might not be a bad idea. However, I've yet to see how UQD reacts on a wet paint surface. So, you might have to give it a try on a panel and see how it works.
Keep in mind that "dust" that has absorbed any moisture and has then "dried" is really "dirt". IMHO, this is where people get into to trouble (swirls/marring) when using QD's.
Let us know how UQD works on a wet paint surface. It will be a couple of months here before it gets above 50 degrees for me to try.
