    Get rid of Norton and get AVG free. To actually thoroughly uninstall Norton, you have to download their uninstaller made just for that otherwise it will remain on the computer.

    That was the first thing to go on my computer (I uninstalled it after I had my computer for about a day). Created all sorts of problems too.
