    How exactly does polish work?

    I've read that polishes like Deep Crystal "nourish" the paint. However, with the clear coat protecting the paint, how does polish literally interact with the paint? Thanks.

      Clear coat is paint!

      It doesn't have pigment, but it is a form of paint.
