I have APC+. Can I use it to clean dirty Chrome wheel. If yes, what dilution ratio should I use ? Thanks for your help.

For chrome rims I've had good luck with just soap and water. After washing I dress the tires then hit the rims again with Meguiar's glass cleaner. Works great.
If needed you could test the APC at the 10:1 ratio, for baked on brake dust.
