  • Scratch X and G110

well heres my plan. i plan on using the g110 on my Milano Red 1997 integra mainly to remove the swirls and some scratches. And i wanted to use something no to aggressive so i dont have any problems and here are the steps i planned on

    wash (NXT SOAP)
    clay
    g110 with scratch X
    g110 with #7 polish
    NXT 2.0

but my qeustion is for the scratch X what pad should i be using im assuming 8006 and for the #7 use the 8006 as well?????
then for waxing 9006 let me know thanks

Yes, I would try with the polishing pads first.

The new cutting pads can be used with the cleaning step, but I think I'd try that second.

I've used scratch-X many times with my PC and find it works great. It's not quite as agressive as #80, but has much more corrective power then, color-x, #9 and #82, you may need to go over the same area more then once. The biggest advantage to scratch-x and the PC I've noticed is it finishes off with the most crystal clear finish and has never left any haze on any of the cars in my family, and we have a black car with paint that is prone to turning hazy with #80- scratch-x leaves it with a beautiful crystal clear glossy finish

Of course this is the current version of scratch-X, keep in mind there is a new and improved version coming soon!
