I put an AIO sealant product on my wheels this week and I'm wondering if I clean them in between washes with Quick Wheel Cleaner will it remove the sealant. Is it strong enough to do that?

It's just a mist and wipe cleaning product, not really a wax stripper so just rub softly and your wheels should be okay but keep in mind anything applied to wheels is going to wear off sooner or later...
Also, rubbing a micron thin layer or coating of any kind of wax or paint sealant that you pour out of a bottle or scoop out of a can with any kind of cloth is a type of micro-abrasion regardless of the cleaner used.
So wipe gently and use plenty of product for good lubrication.
