I'm just wondering the best way to clean and maintain clear coated rims. I recently bought Meg All Wheel Cleaner. What other products should i use?

The All-Wheel Cleaner should be safe, though the Multi-Piece or Aluminum Wheel Wash is even milder.
In addition to those, and some good soft brushes, you can also clay then, and use a good paint cleaner on them every once in a while. Some people also choose to wax the rims.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue -

Also, if you wash your car regularly you can use the car soap to clean them

If they are clear coated you can basically treat them the same as the clear coat on the rest of the car. ColorX does a great job removing very fine scratches that show up over time and helps to make clean up a bit easier in the future. Just keep in mind that if you wax the wheels and later on use a wheel cleaner like Hot Rims All Wheel Cleaner you'll strip most, if not all, of that wax off.Michael Stoops

I just want to point out that the All Wheel Cleaner started to hurt some of my brake parts and hub, the appearance on one of my cars.
I switched to the aluminium wheel cleaner and just use more physical work alongside the much milder cleaner.Comment
