Well you'd have to polish them to make aluminum shine

Acid will eat up dirt and some aluminum. They will come out "ruff looking" but allot brighter

Take them to a shop and have them done professionally if their so valuable

Wash them with a MF Wash Mitt using GC Shampoo, or NXT Tech Wash

Then Polish them using Meguiars Mag & Aluminum Polish

A coat of NXT Wax would look nice too

For the Tires, Wash with a brush and car soap.

You can try Wesley's Bleche White on the White Wall, But don't get it on the wheels at all.

GC High Gloss Endurance Tire Gel is nice too
