whats the deal with mitts?

How come no one uses sponges? I have a Microfiber sponge and I love it. I never did like a mit, I don't like putting my hand in it. Is there something about a mitt that I am missing?

I use the mitt. Never really thought about using a sponge. Always used the mitt , never thought about a sponge.

I just do what Mike P does, just do not put your hand in the mitt.

The one thing I like about the sponge is how much water and soap it can hold. My sponge is weird, it has really really tiny cells, so there are prolly half a billion or so in this sponge, which makes great suds and tons of water. But I think I am going to get a new one, as the seems are falling apart (after two years) not bad for 3.99 at kragen.

I use high quality Wash Mitts from Viking and Cobra.

I never put my hand in the mitt

I never let the cuff touch the paint either. I try to fold the cuff over on the side of the mitt that is not touching the paint.

Yeah i never really liked mitts before i saw that video, now i just dont put my hand in it.

Also, didnt know about that gold class sponge, ill have to give that a try

I think my sheepskin mitt is the best investment I've made yet (other than NXT 2.0), because it holds so much soap and water

they are actually pretty good . I got mine in the middle of January and it has held up great through at least 30 washes. They shed a little bit for the first couple uses but they perform great!
