Am I able to use a soft buff 2.0 7in pad with my 5in backing plate?

If you are speaking of the stock backing plate that came with your G110, then the answer is yes. I bought a G110 last week and was shown a demonstration that the new pads could be used with the 5" BP. But optimally I want to get the new WD68A 5.75" backing plate with the flexible rim.
