  • RainX @ the Carwash

So I pulled into the local carwash to wash my worktruck, and noticed they added a new feature, a RainX button, there was no description but I had an extra couple bucks so once it was washed I sprayed it on, it was a lower pressure like the engine cleaner, and a thicker sudsy yellow liquid with a stong (but pleasant) smell, after I went over the truck with it, I spotfree rinsed it off...to be honest I didnt notice any difference than any other time I wash it but, am curious what its purpose is? Like a spray on spray off wax? Drying agent? Anyway just curious.

Not sure. Maybe their version of a "quik wax" that you spray on and spray off?

or maybe RainX's version of a foam like car wash?

      Wow!
      That's just wrong!
From my experiance Rain-X will distroy your paint!
So hopfully they made a wax, I hope it's a wax and not Rain-X
It didn't say "Wax" at all?

#2 Work truck. Old chevy halfton that is going to be replaced within 6 months, so if the paint starts falling off, no big loss.
