    Yes, the color actually does change the different, in different lighting

              that red is glowing!

              I have a very similar type red paint on my truck and it does the color changing under different lighting like you mentioned.

                        hey whats up everyone, i had a question is too early to repeat this process..... i the last time i did it was april 16, 2008. and i don't know if it will hurt the paint to do this process too much
