my buddy just bought some new tires for his amy is there a goood practice to preserving them with an early application of thing?

I suggest keeping them dressed. There isn't a product that you are supposed to put on at first to preserver them, but it is rather just how you maintain them.
Make sure he cleans his tires with some sort of tire cleaner or APC when he washes his car, and then dress them. Dressing does not only add to the looks of the car, but it also prevents tires from drying out and cracking, as well as providing some UV protection.

I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.

Just keep them clean and apply a good dressing.
I also use APC for my tires/wheelwells. I have used the Nxt Insane Shine trigger spray dressing, and All Season Dressing. Got decent results with both.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR BlueComment

Wash and dress them. I like All Season Dressing and Hot shine spray. This should help get the max out of the tires.quality creates its own demandComment
