Which cleaner to use??

I will be claying, cleaning, and applying Polymer Sealant 2.0 to two different dark blue cars soon. I need to find the best cleaner to use after claying to get good adhesion of the sealant.

I have an 8" rotary buffer but I thinking about getting a d/a porter cable, so please keep machine application in mind.

I also want something that is forgiving as I do not want to cut through my clear coat.
