    wet dry vac

    Is 4hp strong enough for cleaning interior or do I need 5hp, 6hp, or 6.5hp. This would be for my car and a few side jobs.

    4hp should do the job, anything too dirty for a 4hp shop vac would probably require a water extractor anyway.

      If possible, try looking for lift specs on whatever vac you're looking at.
