I applied two layers of wax on my car. First one I waxed, waited 10-20 minutes, wiped, and now just applied the second. How long should I leave it on for?

as long as it takes to dry/haze
most likely same as first coat -

till it hazes, depending on which wax and temperature will be the deciding factors on when it will haze
although some waxes (pretty sure not meguiars though) can be wiped on then wiped right back off, no drying time needed2008 Toyota Corolla 5-spd
