applying more clear coat?

    applying more clear coat?

    if you had to buff a panel quite a bit to remove all the defects, and there wasnt a safe amount of clear coat left is it ok to spray more clear coat on then?

        If it is a solid color you would be ok,but with metallic you could have a number of problems from spotting, too dark or to light.
