Last week I discovered their web site actually had the new Gold Class Carnauba Plus paste available for order. Since I'm on their email list for special pricing and promotions, I took advantage of a 10% savings and free shipping.
Well, it was apparently a computer glitch. I received my Gold Class yesterday via UPS and it was the "older" or current version.
I called a customer care specialist, explained my dilemma, and he's going to toss one in the mail as soon as the new product is in the system.
Now, that's a company in which the customer can have complete confidence; not only to provide the most cutting edge products, but also one with the utmost in customer service!!!
If you're not already signed up to receive these promotional emails, I would highly suggest you do so. It not only keeps you in the loop regarding new products and special promotions, but many times offers free shipping. I find it a convenient way to add that one "hard to find locally" item to my arsenal without having to pay disproportionate shipping costs.
