  • Meguiar's; What a great company to deal with!

    Last week I discovered their web site actually had the new Gold Class Carnauba Plus paste available for order. Since I'm on their email list for special pricing and promotions, I took advantage of a 10% savings and free shipping.

    Well, it was apparently a computer glitch. I received my Gold Class yesterday via UPS and it was the "older" or current version.

    I called a customer care specialist, explained my dilemma, and he's going to toss one in the mail as soon as the new product is in the system.

    Now, that's a company in which the customer can have complete confidence; not only to provide the most cutting edge products, but also one with the utmost in customer service!!!

    If you're not already signed up to receive these promotional emails, I would highly suggest you do so. It not only keeps you in the loop regarding new products and special promotions, but many times offers free shipping. I find it a convenient way to add that one "hard to find locally" item to my arsenal without having to pay disproportionate shipping costs.

    Kudos to my customer care specialist Brian and all of our corporate members here at MOL for their great products, great service, great informational support and clearly superior customer care. What a pleasure this proves to be in the current "bottm line oriented" retail environment!

    Apologies once again for that glitch, Bob, and a big "thank you" to YOU for being so understanding.

    As much as we hate to admit it, nobody is perfect - not even us. But true customer service isn't measured by how perfectly you do everything every time, but by how you react when something does go wrong.

      Folks are always so quick to jump when things go amuck. This would be a whole lot better World if we all did our best to acknowledge the positives.
