Apply a paint cleaner like ScratchX.
Apply to entire finish, work the product evenly and thoroughly. Work a small section at a time, overlap each new section into the previous section for equal and uniform cleaning. This will remove not only all previously applied wax but will clean the paint itself, remove fine defects and prepare the paint for polishing and waxing.
We show this every Saturday at our detailing clinics.

I gues what I am asking is - is it ok to do this by hand?Mr.C
