Please Help!!

When I went out this morning I saw about a thousand specs(size of a dot) of what looks like white paint on her light blue car. Quick detailer did nothing to take off the specks. I spent about an hour scraping a few hundred off with my nail with some success. I waxed the car with NXT about 2 weeks ago. My questions are as follows:

Any suggestions as to what I can use to get the rest of these specks off?

Can a professional detailer fix something like this?

A proffessional datailer will be able to help you if you don't feel comfortable doing it. But a clay bar is not hard to use and it's fun, just follow the directions given by the manufacturer. After you are done you will have to wax the car.
