Usually, the area under the decal, etc is actually the original color/condition of the paint, and it is the rest of the paint around it that has gone downhill.
So the usual approach would be to give the whole vehicle a good detailing, to try to bring back the rest of the paint to a 'like-new' condition.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue
