Wow, that is a beautiful job you did!
I had a car repainted once in the early 80s, the same color as the factory paint, just because I wanted the car to look good. I had wanted to buy a new car but didn't qualify for a loan, so I just did some spiffing up on mine, new paint, allow wheels.
If I had known about paint correction, I probably could have gotten the same effect for way less.
And believe me, the thought crossed my mind in the past (before I came to see the light) to repaint my explorer, the same or a different color, or even to buy a new(er) one simply because I loved that shiny new car look.
The moral of that story is, there is a market for detailing for people who don't have a clue what detailing is or would ever look for a detailer.
