  • How exactly do you apply #7?

Is it a product that you really have to "work in" and use some elbow grease like you do with scratch-x? Or do you just apply it like wax and then wipe it right off instead of letting it dry?

And what is the best way to apply it? Some people say do the whole car and then wipe it off, while others say do it in sections.

I tried using it about two weeks ago on my car which was washed and clayed. I went in sections and just applied it like wax and then wiped it right off. It came off very easy which leads me to believe I didn't apply it right, since people say it is hard to remove and there is a "technique" to it.

So you just apply it like wax and wipe it right off without working it into the paint?

No need to work... just apply it like a light massage.

Those who say it is hard to remove and there is a "technique" to it simply need to read your post. You have described the proper "technique". Funny how easy a product is to use when used correctly, huh?

As my dad was fond of saying, "If everything else fails, read the instructions."

Apply just enough to adequately cover the area, massage it in a bit, and wipe it off before it dries. It ain't brain surgery; particularly since even I can do it successfully merely by following the label instructions.

              It's a great product.

The first time you use it. It is very deceiving. subconsciously you are thinking there has to be something else. I can't be doing this right. But, you are.

This is one product that I am happy to say I have always applied correctly from day one. I just used it on my Dad's 09 Forrester and it just deepened the glow of the paint tenfold.
