Just went to the site you suggested and I'm not impressed with the total cost.
SwirlX: $8.99
Shipping to Toronto: $17.90
Total: $26.89 CAN

I then checked Canadian Tire. They do have UC now for $14.99 CAN. One thing I noticed is they still sell the original ScratchX.

We Canadians are so exploited.
