    Hi Guys/Girls

New here so let me introduce myself alittle (Dont worry ive already posted in the introduction section)
I live in Sydney Australia and have just started getting into looking after my cars paint properly. Ive loved cars since I was 10 when my dad gave me an old car mag of his and my passion has grown since then! My first car is a Holden VP Calais, 1992 (same age as me!) and would like to keep it looking as good as new. I bought it off an elderly gentleman who had owned it since new, making me the 2nd owner. As you can see below its not in too bad a nick for a car getting close to 20 years old!

However, there are a few scratches and swirls in the paint which ild like too get rid off.

So after reading through this excellent site, I decided to purchase Meguiars Swirl X, Meguiars Ultimate Compound and Mothers Sealent and Glaze.

Im planning to do this process
    1. Wash with ArmourAll Car Wash
    2. Clay with Mothers Clay Bar
    3. Swirl X or UC depending on how deep the scratches are
    4. Mothers Sealent and Glaze
    5. Turtle Wax

    Comments, suggestions wanted!

    Thanks Jellycalais!

Im planning to tackle this all by hand, hopefully my arms dont fall off! Would Ultimate Compound be too strong for the scratches which I have or should I just stick to Swirl X? (see pics)

        Thanks Jellycalais
