Are these afe to use with PC?

Are #84 and #85 safe to use with the PC?
I was jsut browsing the Meguiar's site and notices that they did not say "Rotary only". Does this mean that they can be use with the PC, as I believe most of the other products that are made specifically for the rotary are designated as such.

#84 & #85 are not meant for use with the G-100 (DA). These products are specifically designed for use with a rotary buffer that can generate the necessary heat and speed to break down the buffered diminishing abrasives contained within these products.
