i just bought some brand new pads but there 7 inch i have a g110v1 with a 6 inch plate i think will the 7 inch pad get full pressure if i use it on that plate

If you've just purchased our Soft Buff 2.0 7" pads you really should use them with the W68DA backing plate. You can get away with the smaller backing plate for a bit, but you won't get full pad support with it.Michael Stoops
