    hi guys if i ultimate compound my car will it be ok to paint car after just touch up if you no what i mean,EG no silicons or anything for it to react to cheers karl

    No, Ultimate Compound is not a body shop safe or "paintable" product. You'll need to strip it from the finish prior painting using a prep solvent or similar.

      Is key to have a clean surface when you are going to apply paint......any spot to be corrected needs the proper preparation with no surface oils in order to promote adhesion of the material........Iso wipe down is recommended before paint....no wax or cleaner wax...
