  • Compound question ?

If I have a car with no swirls or anything all over the car just spots with scratches swirls etc and need to use something like 105 can I just do it where needed or do I need to do the whole car to keep the clear level ?

    Re: Compound question ?

I would just use M105 where it needs it. There's no need to compound areas where there are no defects. I'd just apply a paint cleaner or fine polish (Ultimate Polish for example) to the whole car after that.

If paint is relatively in that good of a shape you can go
      with Meguiar's 205 and a soft pad.......

You can treat spots, then use something milder all over to blend it together.
