A bit more like #83 and #80 I suppose, but not exactly.
One is the mild cleaner (PC), and one the strong cleaner (RC). There is no set time when to use them.
Generally speaking, you would do a test spot with the mild cleaner, and check results. If you need stronger, then go to the stronger product.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue
