Scratches or Scuff? How to fix?

You could rub that out with some Ultimate Compound. You may even get it out with SwirlX. Follow it up with a coat of wax.

It's a little difficult to see in the second picture the way the glare covers the scratch.

This was around the area where i got a repaint because of some rust issue.
Might it be marks left by the sanding?

It was really hard to capture the scratch. I'll try to get better pictures.

Looks like it should be fixable, or very improvable.

I'd get out the UC and give it a couple applications to see.

I just polished/waxed my car less than a week ago, but this morning I noticed a few small scratched (black car), can I/should I go over them with some UC? And if I do, should I go back over the area where I applied the UC with the UP and wax?

You certainly can just spot treat an area with the cleaner. If you do, you will have to wax after.

A good rubbing with UC got it out =).
