  • Masking panel gaps

Hi I'm new to detailing and I just got my kit ready, just waiting for a good day to work.

I plan to use UP and UW with a foam applicator pad by hand.
I get that we should mask off all rubber tirms, but I'm not too sure about the gap between panels.
I saw that some would mask the gap as well, but should I just work across panels since I'm not using a machine?
Or should I still mask the gap and leave the edge untouched?

    Re: Masking panel gaps

if you apply products thin, and work to the edges but not over panels, there should be no need to mask off the gaps.
