Black Finish Wheels with a Machined Lip
I purchased some chrome wheel cleaner but I found out the lip is just machined not chrome. Some areas are extremely dull and have water stains. What is the best way to polish this area of the wheel to bring out maximum shine (products, techniques, etc . . .)?

Is it just polished, no coating or anything?
You could use a metal polish like Hot Rims M&A. Or even just a paint cleaner you already have can be tried first, like Ult. Compound, SwirlX.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue -
