  • First time with Microfiber system

I used my new Meguiar's microfiber system on my soft Mazda MX-5 paint. The finish is in very good shape so I only used the finishing polish and finishing pad. i was very pleased with the results. It went on easily, and I could have worked it for hours with no dusting which is great in the dry Utah climate. I tried to remove it (I'd done the whole back end and ran a quick errand so it had dried for about 45 minutes) with a Lake Country red pad but it balled or gummed up, so I just removed it with a microfiber cloth and that worked fine.

I finished with a coat of Gold Class Carnauba and I'm very pleased with the results.

I threw the pad in the washing machine with the other microfiber cloths and it came out great.

I'm thinking of doing the exact same thing with my car, glad to hear it worked well. Our climate is almost the same as yours with the dryness.

      Glad to hear it worked.

But dont try to remove products with a foam pad. You can remove products by machine by using a microfiber bonnet over a foam cutting pad.
