Dear master detailing meguairs, i'm one of your big fans and also your customer in Indonesia. I have UC,Dc2,GCCP,NXT TW 2.0,UP and many more.

One day i went to car saloon i saw they were applying one of meguairs wax for a car , that was Meguiar's Mirror Glaze no. 8 Maximum Mold Release Wax contains Carnuba Wax. It made the car so wet looking n slick. I wonder to know what are the common use of this wax? Can i use this wax as one of detailing steps or just waxing for car and motorcycle? And is there any contradiction to paint coating?

While our Mold Release Wax can be used on an automotive paint finish, that's not really what it was designed for so your results may be mixed. Domestically it is sold through very limited channels and not readily available to most detailing enthusiasts so it's not something normally discussed on detailing forums. The product is actually used in boat making to allow easier removal of the fiberglass hull from the mold once it's formed. Gloss and durability on car paint is not a design goal with the product, but it certainly won't hurt anything if you choose to use it that way.
