you could also go to your local home depot and pick up some odo ban and try it. pretty good stuff.

See that this thread has already gone 'off topic' a tad, I'll ask...Is this 'kid' making deliveries to other places of business? Meaning, if he smells that bad, maybe have a few customers make a call to 'the boss' about his hygiene. If he see that he could be losing business, he may very well (hopefully) see the light and dump him.

Really off topic...Too bad ya just can't give him G.I. Shower out back of the shop.

Yeah he delivers most of the parts we machine. If it were my business, I don't think id want this kid going out to my customers, he is definitely someone you keep in house. I'd have to ask customers about him next time I'm on the road. Not sure if i would want to get involved in that though.

Maybe it's time to give your 2 weeks notice if you can't handle the smell and your boss does nothing about it?

The smell doesn't directly effect me because I don't drive the vans normally. I am just trying to keep them "like new", plus my boss really appreciates it. So I'm just trying to see what's best to battle it.
