the product does not dry 100% on the tire, i cleaned all tires with eagle one a2z until the rinse water was coming off clean, i put on two very thing coats and last night it was very windy and there is dirt and stuff stuck to the tires.

hmmmmmm, i have never had that problem. If the wind began blowing right after you went inside then it may have dried as the wind was blowing dirt on it.Tedrow's Detailing

even two days later the tire shine still isnt dry, you can wipe your hand across the tire and its not dryComment
