  • I want to be a PRO Detailer

One month ago i began searching more & more about detailing, reading and watching videos . I'm very excited and want to be a Pro Detailer. In my Country there isn't any training school or something like that. Can i do it alone, reading and watching videos, and practising? Can you advice me what to do?

Sorry making a joke. I'm a pro, well my customer tell me I am, lol.

If your the only detailer in the country you might not find anything close to you. So the cheapest way is to internet train. Youtube: 1,000 of videos by 1,000's if Pro detailers.
Also keep in mind Detailing is an art form and all the classes can't teach you the finess you'll need to be a pro.
With that in mind START DETAILING ANYTHING YOU CAN. As you detail anything, friends cars, generators, RVs, planes, boats, bikes ir anthing that will stand still long enough.
You'll learn as you go and in a few years you call call yourself a pro.

Products? What ever you can get is more the question. Where are you shopping and I'll try to pick some stuff out for you. Also what do you have? And what kind of tools do you have?

Re: I want to be a PRO Detailer

Thanks both for your help. I have some products but nothing special (brushes, wheel cleaner, microfibre towels, leather care). In my Country there isn't any Meg's products. I did a little research there is only 3M, AutoGlym, Sonax, Formulla, Turtle Wax. I'm thinking purchase Meg's products from www.theultimatefinish.co.uk. My country is in the EU and purchase from England the authorities here don't charge me more money, but outside EU is different and the cost is more. Sorry for my English

That's a great start. You'll be able to do some wonderfull work with those products. You'll need clay also. Or speedy prep towle.
