  • xpress wax in foam cannon?

Has anyone ever made their own wash/wax solution by mixing, say, hyper wash with syn express spray wax, and then used in their foam cannon?

to be more descriptive of my concern: I've used intended "wash & wax" solutions in my cannon plenty of times before, but wondering if actually mixing a spray wax that was not intended to be mixed with a wash (express wax and hyper wash) would clog my foam cannon or anything.

I haven't heard of anyone trying it, but I doubt it would cause problems. But I'm also not sure how effective it would be in actually leaving a small layer of wax behind.

Maybe you can try it and let us know what happens!

We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

Probably a waste and time and product. Just apply D156 during the drying process.

Yeah used UW/W it works fine. There's a 2 fold reason for the thought process. I guess I'll try and let you know.

            1. Started using hyper wash in the cannon to save money. And gives me a reason for a small upcharge if someone wants a quick-wax applied.

            2. I've noticed in the past, lets take UW/W for example, that when applied with foam cannon it leaves a much more noticeable wax coat than if washed traditionally. obviously the foam sitting on the car gives the wax more time to do its thing. Do maybe, just maybe a thick foam containing express wax would have the same effect???

And yes, to the comment above, of course its fast enough to apply it properly while the car is drying, but hey, 5 minutes is 5 minutes in my day, add 5 minutes up 7 times a day,5 times a week that about 2.5 hours or another $100....time is money
