How long before waxing after ScratchX is used?

My car has known only Meguiars Quik Wax. Somehow after a wash, towel dry and Quik Wax, I had a scratch on a door panel. Fortunately ScratchX took care of it. However, there's nothing in the ScratchX directions about curing time and my searching hasn't produced anything.

How long after using ScratchX should I wait before using Meguiars Quik Wax on the area that had damage?

Should I use Meguiars Quik Detailer first?

There is no wait time. U can do it immediately. It is good practice to give it a good wipe with UQD and then u can top with UQW. But.again there's no down time between steps, only when topping a synthetic sealant with a carnauba wax. Then there's a 12-24 hour wait time.

First off, welcome to MOL!

As for any sort of wait time or curing time after applying ScratchX 2.0, as Jarhead points out, there isn't any. ScratchX 2.0 is a paint cleaner, meaning it's basically an abrasive suspended in a liquid, designed to remove below surface defects (like the scratch you had) through a mechanically leveling process. Once that's done and you've wiped off the residue, there's nothing left on the paint that's doing anything. Think of this type of product as a liquid sandpaper, just on a much, much, much finer scale. So, use the paint cleaner to remove the defect, wipe off the residue, and apply your wax to protect the finish.
