  • M105 -> Ultimate Polish = Whoa...

    Ever have one of those jobs where you even surprise yourself? A guy bought this Colorado "cheap" and tells me the paint is bad on it, wants me to see if I can save him a repaint. When he pulled it in the garage, I nearly passed out. No idea what the previous owner did to trash the paint like this, but told him I'd give it a shot. Did half the hood as a test, then ended up spending 7 hours doing the whole truck. Using the DA, I made 2 passes of M105 on a yellow pad, 1 pass with Ult Polish, then ULW on top. Was too tired to take pics of the finished truck, but just wanted to show what M105 I really capable of.

    After washing/claying...

    And some after pics. As you see, a few gouges were too deep to repair, but overall it was an immense improvement!

We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.
