  • My First Rotary Detail

I did this when I was visiting my brother in Mooresville. I wanted to try my rotary. The truck was in really bad shape. Lots of swrils and scratches. I used 83 with 8000 polishing pad and then 82 with 9000 finish pad. You can see the rotary in the chair. Doing the sides you have to have a chair. It was a complete detail, but I only have 56k and it would take forever to upload all the pictures. This is before the #21, you won't believe it after.

Looks great in its pre-wax state! M21 will definitely take these results to an even higher level!

    Good job!

                Nice work!

The rotary is a great tool, when you know how to use it properly.

                Great job!!!!

your first time with a Rotary?

great results! the rotary's one difficult tool to master. and if used properly, the results are always stunning.

Thanks everyone, and thank you Mike for the sample, don't know when I'll use it up.

2000, I put it on with the pc and a finish pad, a little really goes along way. Removed with MF. The 83 dries faster with the rotary. That red spray bottle is water that I would spray on the truck when it started to dry out. (just alittle)

Fidel, first detail, not time. I've been using it since Christmas, thats when I got it. My poor work truck has seen most of the use.

Thanks again to everyone for the kind comments.

I am going on vacation next week, stopping by my brothers on the way back. The have DSL so I will do a complete write up (with pictures) around Memorial Day.

                    Thanks again
                    Mark
