  • Should I use wet sanding to remove this scratch?

My car was scratched at Walmart's parking lot. The picture below shows the biggest scratch. It was taken with a microscope. The width of the scratch is about 0.15 mm. It seems that the damage is limited to the clear coat. I wonder if I should use wet sanding to remove this scratch, or if I can just use Meguiar's M105 + Meguiar's M205 + Chemical Guys GAP61816 Glossworkz Glaze combo.

Hard to be sure with a picture, but it looks similar to a scratch I took out of my daughter's Ranger with Ultimate Compound. Her scratch could not be felt with a fingernail drawn across it. If you can "feel" yours with your fingernail then UC probably will not work.

I tried UC, scratchX 2.0, and Turtle wax rubbing compound, but they did not work. However, I just applied them with my hands. Not sure if a DA will make a difference.

In my experience the DA makes a huge difference in the results.
