I live right off of a highway and by no means am I an experienced detailer, but I do use a steam cleaner to deal with dust. I've been told by a bunch of guys far more experienced than I that rinseless is the way to go. The steam cleaner i use is this one http://dupray.ca/steam-cleaners/tosca-steam-cleaner/ and it works wonders for me for anythign dust related...I sense that other steam cleaners would work just as well.

Working well in winter right now.

Depending on how intense the constant dust is I might suggest a car cover.
