Using Last Touch after it rains?

Car was washed well yesterday and just got caught up in a bit of rain. Can I just over the car with LT since the car really don't have any mud spray from puddles? Can I apply it to a wet car or should I wait for it to dry.

If you drove it in the rain, then no, you must wash it first. If however it was cleaned and not moved, but was just rained on, then it should be ok to use Final Touch. I don't have any knowledge about how FT is as a drying aid though.
