UW will be more durable and longer lasting than M21.
See the post that Mike Stoops made regarding cleaners in either of these.

Re: Meguiars #21 Synthetic Sealant 2.0 or Meguiars Ultimate Liquid wax?
Both great products with great durability, but correct, Ultimate Liquid Wax does utilize a more advanced synthetic polymer technology, and will be more durable. It's worth mentioning these products will have a different feel in application. Ultimate Liquid Wax has a thinner consistency than our other liquid waxes, and doesn't really "haze up" the same way our other liquid waxes can. In fact, it's typically easier to apply Ultimate Liquid Wax in small sections, and wipe off within 3 - 5 minutes, rather than completing the entire car, and then coming back to wipe off. It actually ends up taking less time to complete a vehicle because of the shorter dry time, but just takes a little getting used to. If you are used to getting away with applying wax on the thicker side and having no issue, you won't want to do that with ULW, because it likes to be applied thin. M21 Synthetic Sealant 2.0 is more traditional in application, applying thin, let completely dry for at least 10 minutes, and then wipe off.
Remember to keep in mind the many factors which can affect durability & longevity, for example:
- Wax which is used (carnauba vs synthetic)
- preparation work on the paint (clayed?)
- washing frequency (weekly? monthly?)
- vehicle storage (garage kept? outdoors?)
- weather (southern california or mid west winter?)
