    Water spots...how to remove?

    I have some spotting on the anodized - I think aluminum metal trim (around the windows, between the front & rear doors on my 2006 BMW 325i.....almost appears as water marks; they are more pronounced in the sun...can hardly see them in the shade. How can I remove these marks?
