  • clay bar

I just detailed my 2001 and 2004 Pontiac sunfires. I was using maquiars products for the last 20 years and I love them. I tried two new methods for the first time. The two bucket method and the clay bar. I like both methods. I cant believe the results I got from the clay bar, totally impressive. I did screw up using the clay bar on my 2004 sunfire. While claying, I must of got a small piece of grit on the clay and put a 6 inch fine scratch across the hood. Thanks to scratchx I buffed the scratch out.

Thanks, We use the gold class car wash, the nxt tech wax and the nxt speed detailer. We didn't get to use the clay bar on the camaro yet, but we can't wait. As far as clay removing wax, I don't know, first time I ever used it, on the sunfires, made the paint smooth as glass.
