MotorOne Hydro Protective
So. Had this on a Range Rover previously, no issues, no swirling etc.
Now I have brand new Mazda 3 (just turned 3 months old) and was horrified to see this after the normal hand wash (details below) when I opened the doors.
The first photo is rum marks where not cleaned off properly.
Anyway, going to see them next week, as I don't think ANY prep work was done (correction) because they cut corners because it's a new car. $2800 for exterior & interior protection & window tint.
In Summary.
So bought the car brand new, three months ago, opted for the Motorone protektive coating.
Have washed the car 6 times since, using their ph neutral product. Notice the runs under the drivers door & made a note to address, bring to their attention.
Just happened to catch the doors in the afternoon sun this time around & catch all the swirl marks.

- Karchered
- Wheels/2 bucket method
- Snow Foam - wait 5 mins
- Rinse
- Wash with ph neutral shampoo/2 bucket method
- Karchered
- Towel dry, Chemical Bro MOFO towel (mun contact)
- Vacuum
- Leather cleaned & conditioned
- Shampoo all mats
- Cleaned all windows/windscreen
- Clean all plastics
