Try Scratch X if you can find it there. Have to use a little elbow..errr... "passion" to use it .

I guess this is watermarks, so Scratch X is able to clear it off? So the end result will be smooth silky surface? My car is only 2 months old.

It should. It will probably take several applications,3-4 or more, depends. A terry applicator pad works well. Be sure to follow with a wax, it will take off wax.
        Can you feel it?

Was it there when you bought it?? Maybe take it back to dealer.
Take a hard look at rest of paint you might also have DISO.

                    Hey,

I see a lot of stuff on that surface. I would suggest first claying the surface with Meguiar's Quik Clay System. Then to remove water spots use ScratchX as the others have noted. Here are a couple of useful links:

                    Step 1 Wash

                    Step 2 Clean

                    Step 3 Polish

                    Step 4 Protect

                    Step 5 Maintain

                    How To Clay Paint

How to remove a defect by hand with ScratchX

Do not forget to wax the finish afterwards!!!

Thought of Quik Clay later Long night. The rule is use the least aggressive product to get the job done.
